Peter Drucker said that “vision without execution is delusion.”
That’s why I’ve created the Management Buckets workshop experience—to help CEOs and senior leaders (12 at a time for two days) with execution and implementation.
During this fast-paced and highly interactive 48-hour management refresher course, we focus on 20 management buckets, 9 big break-throughs, and 99 very practical take-home tools and tactics.
Stay tuned in 2006 and you can read all about our 20 buckets and the time-saving, revenue-producing, God-honoring approaches to management and leadership for nonprofit ministries, churches and associations.

--If you’re the CEO or senior pastor, are they board-approved?
--Do your direct reports have SOPs?
--Do all SOPs pass the “S.M.A.R.T” test?
S.M.A.R.T. Standards of Performance must be:
By December 31, 2006, I will increase donor giving by 15 percent over last year and enroll 50 new donors into our Vision 2010 Circle.
More on SOPs in the coming months. But, if you don’t have SOPs nailed down for 2006, now’s the time to do it.
Happy New Year!
